Danehurst Estate Agents is an independent agency specialising in property and land sales and professional valuations across Dorset and the New Forest. Led by directors Sarah Oliver and Stuart Warnock, who bring over 50 years of combined experience, the agency combines local knowledge with a personal, tailored service.
When Danehurst Estate Agents’ existing website went offline, customers began calling to ask whether the business was still operating. The agency was very much open, but its missing online presence was creating uncertainty.
As Danehurst Estate Agents’ existing IT partner, Ingenio IT was ready to help. We needed to get the agency back online while creating a website that would serve the business well beyond the immediate problem.
A design that reflects the business
The new website gave us the opportunity to create a fresh, cohesive design around Danehurst Estate Agents’ identity and personal approach.
We combined their dark blue, muted sage and purple colour palette with clear typography, generous space and prominent property photography. The result is professional and welcoming, giving the agency its own distinctive presence.
Carefully structured pages help visitors explore properties, understand the agency’s services and get in touch. Across desktop, tablet and mobile, the focus remains on making the experience clear and straightforward.
Putting properties first
For an estate agency, properties need to be at the heart of the website. The new design gives photography room to make an impression, supported by clearly presented details that help potential buyers find the information they need.
Integration with Alto connects the website to Danehurst Estate Agents’ existing property management workflow, allowing listings to be managed through the platform the team already uses and reducing duplicate administration.
