Managed IT Support
IT support you don’t have to chase.
Managed IT support means we look after your devices, users, servers and accounts as one joined-up environment: monitoring and maintaining it before things break, and picking up the phone when they do. You get a team that knows your setup, instead of a stranger reading a script.
The problem
You raise a ticket. Nothing happens. You chase it. Someone asks you to restart. Three days later the same fault is back and nobody can quite remember what was done last time.
That isn’t a technology problem. It’s a supplier problem, and it’s fixable.
What you get

FAQs
Questions we’re often asked.
What does managed IT support actually include?
It depends on the size and shape of your business, but typically helpdesk support, device and user management, patching, monitoring, security basics and regular advice. We agree the scope in writing, in plain English.
Can you work alongside our internal IT person?
Yes. Co-managed support is a good fit where you have in-house IT but need extra capacity, specialist skills or cover. See our co-managed IT page.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
In most cases, no. We don’t usually charge call-out fees, though there are some exceptions, so just ask and we’ll tell you where you stand. We aim to charge fairly for the time and work involved.
How big a business do you support?
From one-person businesses to organisations of up to around 150 users. We also help individuals and home users, and can support larger or more complex environments on a project or co-managed basis.
Do you support Macs as well as Windows?
Yes, we support both Windows and macOS business devices.
We’re unhappy with our current provider. How hard is it to switch?
Less painful than most people expect. We plan the handover with you so your team keeps working throughout. We’ve written a guide on how to change IT provider without disrupting your business. If you’re comparing providers, our ten questions to ask will help.
