Does Microsoft back up our Microsoft 365 data?
Microsoft protects the service, but retention and recovery of your data is largely your responsibility. Read our guide to Microsoft 365 backup, or see our backup and disaster recovery service.
Can you migrate us from another email system?
Yes, as part of our IT projects and migrations work. We plan the cut-over around your working day and test thoroughly before switching.
